I live in a 2nd floor apartment. What are some ideas?

I'm a DVD gal. I live on the 3rd floor but I do have carpet and it's a solid building, very soundproof. My neighbors say they can't hear me jumping around at 5am.0

Doesn't matter what floor you live on in an apartment complex when you have stairs readily accessible at any time. You can run flights, push-ups, jumps, squats, lunges...so many options. I recommend google "stair exercises" and you'll find a ton.0

Check out Fitnessblender.com They have a database that you can search for a variety of different at home work outs. There are with and without equipment options. It's an awesome site.
