So I just recently started my period after not having one for 2 months I have been doing so good not eating junk food but that is all I have been craving.
Need some supporting words to make it through.

You can do it. Try some fat free frozen yogurt! Or strawberries and dark chocolate. They say that dark chocolate is actually good for you. Everything in moderation. I find if I deny myself completely then I am more likely to binge when I cant handle it anymore!

No pudge fudge brownie mix is my savior every 5-7 days of the month! Especially with raspberries and cool whip on top. It is so good and 120 calories.0
