How do I know how active I am sedentary lightly active ect. I am a cna and I do bootcamp 5 days a week

It really depends on self-assessment. If you're on your feet all day you're at least lightly active, but if I understand correctly, CNA = Certified Nursing Assistant. If you're helping patients around and lifting things you'll easily fit into the "active" category (they've given a waitress as an example and most of their lifting is less than 25lbs at a time).
I'd probably stay away from the "Very active" category if your goal is to lose weight unless you're REALLY certain that you're very active all the time.
