Anybody know of any good online nutrition plans for shredding, preferably UK based. Need to nail down my eating plan. Too much conflicting information out there in cyberspace.

I'm currently doing daily fasting 16/8

    Can you see a nutrionist? Through the nhk perhaps? They'd be able to take blood levels and make suggestions based on your individual needs.

    Otherwise, there are a plethora of online meal plans. One that is pretty cool is eatthismuch.com
