So I've been doing Insanity with one of my friends, but my allergies took over and I couldn't do it for a few days. Should I just start up where we left off or should I act like I didn't skip any days and continue with the schedule provided?

I would start where you left off. Will be al ittle longer than the 60days but better results than skipping all together.

Continuee where you left off. It's OK to turn the 63 day program into a 65 day program. It's better than starting over again and again and again.

There is no way that we will be able to keep to the calendar that came with Insanity. We started last week and were only able to get 4 days in. On Monday when we started back up, we just picked up where we should have been last week, not really following the calendar days, just the order. In a perfect world, we could all do 6 days in a row rest then get back to it, but life does not follow a schedule, stuff just happens sometimes. I plan to make every effort to get as many days in each week, but if the 60 day program ends up taking 75, so be it. I already feel stronger even though technically I have only completed 7 days out of 11. A few times I have done the same day twice becauseI did it in the morning before work then again with my husband in the evening. Seems like the second time around is so much easier, then I know the moves and can really push myself. Not fun at all, but what a feeling of accomplishment when finished! We have a thread started of those who have recently started if you would like to join in.
