This is not fair as I am disabled

I got tired of seeing that message too, so I fake MFP out... on days when I have exercise calories earned, I immediately add them as a "snack". My current target is between 1,000 and 1,100 and yes, sometimes I do come in a bit under 1,000... but not much. I don't like being "rewarded" for all my hard work that day with a bunch of screaming red letters... chances are, the next day I'll go a bit over and everything will even itself out. I'm a sedentary middle-aged female with only about 15 pounds to lose, so I'm not starving myself no matter what it thinks.0

Dude just ignore it. I get the same message some days. Nevertheless I am only losing at the rate of a pound every 2 weeks on average, so whatever, I am obviously not actually starving. Go by how many calories you actually burn. I do wish we could turn off that message, and other doofy and un-useful things, but no web site is perfect.0

Fair is where you go to laugh and play, not something that happens day to day...0

It's a computer-generated message, not a doctor. Just ignore it.
If you overeat, it doesn't yell at you, lol. You can be as obese as you wanna be and nary a word!
I don't know, I think in that case "in 5 weeks you will be ___" (with ___ being 10 lbs heavier) would seem like at least admonishing you, and it will do that.
Heck, I'm doing TDEE method and not logging my exercise, and even its claims that I will lose some tiny amount of weight in 5 weeks that I know is wrong (since I exercise) would feel kind of discouraging if I paid attention to this and didn't keep in mind that I am doing something different. But, of course, I do keep that in mind and ignore the incorrect message generated by a program.

Wow - how annoying. You should probably ask for your money back.0
