GIANT salad with chicken breast.0

What I am eating for dinner-4 oz center cut boneless pork chop, 125 g canned green beans, & 95 g OreIda steam & mash potatoes. 210 cal, 19 carb, 3 fat, 27 protein, 3 fiber. You can use the rest of the calories for butter.0
-
Salad with a variety of vegetables, some flaked tuna or chickpeas, and a little olive oil and vinegar. Or tuna and white bean salad with onions. Or a two-egg omelet with veggies.0
-
Scrambled eggs mixed with as many veggies as I can find in my fridge.0
-
I made a thread about this last week. Ended up having 2 servings of green beans and some canned tuna. Today I had tuna and raw carrots instead. It's pretty filling for the calories! So that's 150, so you can make it a wrap or you can have some Greek yogurt, some fruit or even a potato with it if you like.0

800g of baby carrots0

Omelet with lots of vegetables.0

My dinner is usually less than that. Cup of green beans, couple of slices of short bacon chopped up, slendier noodles, 15g of butter, chilli, and parmesan. Makes a big bowl, and plenty filling.0

Hot dog and beans.0

Soup, delicious soup. I love soup. Boil broth, add veggie of choice (I like peas, but green beans/frozen kale or spinach/really anything will work), then crack two eggs in the hot broth and stir around until cooked. Om nom nom.0

Lol!! I thought this was the same thread that had reappeared!!

Well, a pared down version of my dinner would be good. Porkchop and broccoli. I'm also having broccoli au gratin rice-a-roni, and my broccoli is roasted with garlic and parmesan cheese0
-
Tons of roasted veggies with 4oz of grilled fish or chicken or pork loin, or a giant spinach salad with the same protein on it. The saddest part would be NO WINE!0
-
on second thought, more like 2 oz of protein....0
-
2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites scrambled and veggies is my go to low cal dinner.0
-
Well the same as others have said
Grilled lemon/herb chicken breast in a salad
Egg whites with vegetables
Fish fillet with lemon side of salad/veges
Low Fat Greek yogurt with Almond slithers/Strawberries & blueberries
Boiled Chicken & Vege soup
Can of Tuna on Cruskets (Tuna is very filling for me)

OK, what's a Crusket? Is that like a crusty biscuit or ... what? Inquiring minds want to know.0 -
I'd eat 5 egg whites (50 cals) boiled placed on top of a large salad with low calorie dressing (110 Cals for the dressing and greens max). Then I'd have a giant bowl of sugar free jello with a few squirts of redi whip.
When in doubt I grab a big *kitten* dill pickle and sugar free jello.0 -
yeah, bunch of salad veggies and piece of meat. Or cottage cheese and fruit.0
-
Eat as you wish and adjust your calories for the rest of the week to make up for the difference.0

Big salad of raw veggies with some sort of protein. Chicken or canned salmon or tuna. Canned beans with a little cheese.
Or a 2 egg omelet with lots of added veggies.
A bowl of vegetarian chili or split pea soup.0 -
I vote for 2 cups of cornflakes and a cup of almond milk. Or a nonfat yoplait and a banana. I always resort to breakfasts in these situations.0
