My first NSV that I'm proud enough to share!

I can do pushups!!! About 2.5 months ago I could barely eak out 3 pushups on my knees. After 2 months of PIYO and my first 2 weeks of Chalean Extreme, I can do 3 pushups on my toes, and many more on my knees!!! I can do several tricep pushups on my knees, and am getting to the point where I can come up onto my toes!

    Congratulations! body weight exercises are great! I prefer those to the usual gym weight lifting... both are great, but being able to do push-ups it's a great NSV!
