Looking for fellow One Meal A Day-ers :)

I've somewhat recently embraced OMAD and I'm looking for friends who have either had success with it in the past or are currently doing OMAD/Intermittent Fasting.
I know a lot of people consider this to be extremely radical and unhealthy and that is fine. You are entitled to your own opinion. I am just wanting fellow MFP users who share a similar eating style with me so we can compare notes

Warrior diet is a form of this too. I have used lots of IF principles in the past with a lot of success0

Yes I've read up on the warrior diet as well. I have yet to find a drawback to OMAD. It fits my lifestyle like a glove and I feel more productive than ever. I would be good with eating like this for the rest of my life!0

I do 14/10. I could manage one meal a day, but now I don't think I'd be able to hit my macro goals doing that. I just need too many calories to eat them all at once.0

I'm going back to this lifestyle tomorrow. Sending you a friend request now. Anyone else doing this feel free to add me.0
