do you want green smoothies or like sweet dessert replacements? i typically do baby spinach or kale (bought fresh but kept frozen so it lasts longer), banana or greek yogurt for creaminess, frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of almond milk. you could also add more greens like cucumber or celery.0

I recently found an awesome one, on the side of my almond milk container.
1 cup dark chocolate almond milk
1 medium frozen banana
1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extra
Blend - makes 1 serving.
I put it in the recipe calculator:

My favorite juice is apple, beet, carrots (4-6). Sometimes I add celery, spinach, 1/2 cucumber, or even ginger. It is an excellent juice.
As to smoothies, I only make green ones. There are so many combinations but I get into slumped myself. simplegreensmoothies.com has lots of good recipes. They do a 30 day smoothie challenge occasionally that helps me get out of my slump. They actually have one going on now. They will e-mail you recipes and a shopping list.
A green (spinach, swiss chard, kale, or any other green), banana, mango or peach, cup or two of blueberries is my smoothie of choice lately. YUM!!!0 -
