Just had a baby 6months ago and Im inn need of losing this baby weight plus more# Any idea on a good ab workouts and butt lifting routines

    To expand on this. High bar back squats. Conventional deadlifts. Barbell hip thrusters. GHDs.

    All on a caloric deficit in order to lose bodyfat.

    I'm also trying to lose baby fat. started last week hid my scale, eating low carb at deficit lifting heavy 5-8reps of hip thrusts, lunges, leg press, deadlifts, squats, bench presses...

    I dont do crunches etc i rely on diet and compound exercises to take care of my flabby tummy and lose body fat....i already see difference my tummy and butt much more tighter :)

    Just a trainer who thinks women shouldn't lift more than 3 lbs. She says some crazy stuff. The only reason I mentioned her is because someone suggested her.

    this^^^ planks and leg lifts are good for toning your abs but that's after you've maintained a healthy diet. nice abs happen in the kitchen
