The above photo is how my grandson deals with his first World Series. I am from Kansas City and my daughter lives in San Francisco.
You should zip up the jacket. :)

Tonight's game was a disappointment. I'm still a Royals fan but I'd give a lot if I could live in San Francisco. Jacket stays unzipped!

With Bumgarner pitching I knew it wouldn't be a sweep but I think we can take it back.

Really? I don't see them winning the series. Maybe a game, but definitely not the series.
That's one game! You think that's all they'll win? GIANTS BABY!!!!

Yup. I do. Even if they don't (can't believe I even said that) I am super proud of them this season. Not last night though. Something was so beyond off. I mean even Cain.

Statistics are on the GIANTS side. 15 of the last 17 WS Championships belong to the team that won game 1. However one of the teams that lost out of those 17 were the Giants. Of course we don't have anyone like Livan Hernandez team pitching with possibly the exception of Tim Lincecum (who isn't even activated right now).
Let's see what happens tonight. If the Giants win, I doubt the Royals will take a game in SF.

Gotta give credit when it's due. The Royals were up on the Giants bullpen tonight. It was good till the 6th inning and then the wheels fell off.
Looking forward to the next 3 here in SF. Great ballpark and the weather is one where many aren't used to. Especially when it's windy in just the outfield and how the sun gets shadowed in day games.

Giants. I get everyone loves an underdog story but Giants are the solid pick in my book.

Hopefully Hudson does well tonight. IMO, they should pitch Bumgarner tomorrow and game 7 if needed. This is for all the marbles, so one shouldn't stow away their best.
ATT is a weird park for many to play in (fog, cold, wind) so let's see if the Royals do well.

After the heart breaking loss last night, tonight's game was a needed win. If we win tomorrow, then it's possible to win one on the road in KC. It's an amazing series this October Classic!!!
The telling innings seem to be the 4th thru the 6th for both teams.

That was a heartbreaking game last night. Those boys in blue need to shut down their emotions this game.

On a better note, how did you like Ventura trying to walk on 3 balls? Hahahaha that was hilarious!! You can tell he's the pitcher and not good at bat.

What I've noticed is that when the Giants get up with a sizable lead, Yost doesn't bother to put out his HDH combination of pitchers. He threw his rookies and other from the bullpen out there and they got shellacked. They are tough to hit, and when the game was tied, he should have thought about putting out Herrera at the very least.
Anyway Bumgarner is pitching tonight and is a having another phenomenal post season so I EXPECT a win. Go GIANTS!!!!

Yeah, I think he was saving Herrera for tonight because of his injury.
