Ultrasonic Liposuction: anybody know whether home devices actually work?

I have read some amazing reviews, but I know that companies often write all of their own!
I would appreciate any feedback on the devices, especially UK weightloss Network, who rent out the machines.

    I think if home devices actually worked, more people would be using them instead of yo-yo dieting. :) IMO, definitely a scam.
