Thanks for the clarification, Libbydoodle!
I just watched the free kettlebell video on her site... I don't like her form. She puts a lot of strain on the lower back and doesn't seem to emphasise tightening the core, she just says to keep your whole body tense (?!). She also recommends a higher starting weight than I'd be comfortable with - yes, you want to feel the resistance, but I'd rather that beginners start at a weight that isn't going to cause muscle strain until they get used to the moves. JMHO.0
