Hello, do any of you have tips on eating. I am awake from 6 am until 10:30 pm- I am a full time student. I do fine with my calories but near the late evening I am wanting to eat but this put me over calories. I was thinking, instead of a meal, just snacks all day? My limit is 1200 Cal.0
