From 220 to 205 pounds, 8 week comparison
I run 2-3 miles, 4 times a week, not exactly sure how many calories i consume because i don't really count calories, but rounding up the numbers I would have to say i eat about 1300 cals/day)
Left Pictures: August 29, 2014
Right Pictures:October 23, 2014
Just in case anyone is curious, I'm 5'4 in height

Awesome to see 15lbs make that much of a difference. I'm down 11 in 3 weeks. Trying to make it a 15lbs month. I'm eating great and working out 2-3 times a week. I might up that to 3-4 this week Maybe even hit the gym on the weekend. Thanks for the inspiration! Keep it up0

Great Job!!!! I like that you posted your height, too. I'm 5'2 and it's crazy how small amounts of weight gain can affect our body shape. My doctor (who is shorter than me) told me once, "Oh honey, an extra 5 lbs looks like 15 on us, it's just not fair!"
Again, amazing effort! Keep up the great work, you look amazing!0 -
