If I were to make smoothies for my lunch - what would be better...
Could I just use greek yogurt (with milk, FRUITs, vanilla, ground flax seed) for the added protein, or should I put protien powder in the smoothie instead.

If you can get adequate protein via natural sources I would suggest it before using a supplement.0

I use both as well, but almost always add whey protein powder (I would still consider whey to be natural - it comes from milk)0
