    Hey Im a 19 year old uni student who lost a lot of weight last year but have gained it back since moving back to uni with my bf and mates. Im looking to improve my relationship with food, lose all the weight I have gained and maybe a little more, and to improve my fitness and fall back in love with the gym.
    I used to go gym 6 times a week and nothing would stop me but this horrible weather and living off campus (further away from the gym) is making it more and more difficult and I am becoming lazy!
    Gluten-free vegetarian but need to make healthier choices.

    Would love some supportive motivating friends!

  • Hello, do any of you have tips on eating. I am awake from 6 am until 10:30 pm- I am a full time student. I do fine with my calories but near the late evening I am wanting to eat but this put me over calories. I was thinking, instead of a meal, just snacks all day? My limit is 1200 Cal.
