I am just using the standard settings for carbs, proteins, fats etc.... seems like my carbs are high. How do you all have yours set up?

Mine are: Carb 50 Fat 30 Protein 20
I know a lot of people eat more protein, but this is where I am happy...and still losing consistently0 -
I have carb 40 fat 30 protein 30.0
