Hi Everyone,
I wanted to be more healthy and started to do a vegan-plant based diet. Although, I was not eating enough and starved my body and lost weight instantly. I started to get dizzy (while laying and sitting down) and knew something was not right! From there, I started to eat meat and cheese again and gained weight within a week! My clothes are not fitting properly. I was thinking of continuing the plant based diet but adding organic meats 2-3 week.
I am:
5'5
134 pounds with a gut belly. I can feel this shake up and down while I run!
Exercise 3-4 weekly (moderately)
All I would like is to have a flat stomach! Please help!

Eat at a deficit. You didn't do anything to your metabolism, starvation mode is a myth. Weight loss is just calories in vs calories out. Eat less than your body burns, doesn't matter the type of food. Follow a weight lifting program and cardio.0

You are fine weight-wise. May I suggest heavy lifting? You'll get rid of the jiggly-ness.0
