LOW CARB - Crab Cakes

1 - 6oz can Crabmeat (DRAINED)
1 egg
2 Tbsp Mayo (I use Hellman's Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mayo)
1/4 cup diced green peppers (I use frozen pre cut type)
1/6 cup low carb crumbs (I used 4C Crumbs Carb Careful) - or bread crumbs if you are not watching carbs
seasonings to taste...I use Mrs Dash (sometimes dill...sometime rosemary)

combine all ingredients in bowl...mix well

pre-heat skillet and coat with butter (or EVOO)

using a small spoon spoon mixture into skillet in small-medium size piles...cook on first side till mixture firms, then flip...cook till golden brown on both sides

add diced onions
add red or yellow peppers
add more crumbs
