Old-fashioned rolled oats (not the instant packets) are almost completely, naturally sodium free. Make a big bowl, load it up with honey, nuts and fruit. You'll be full with a very low-sodium meal.
  • Not very fattening... but a crap load of foodstuff...

    4 egg whites
    Spinach
    Low Sodium/Low Fat Cottage Cheese
    1 tomato
2 slices of Ezekiel Bread with no salt added nut butter

3 egg white omelet with mushrooms, spinach, swiss cheese, onion and tomato.

1 slice pepperidge farms whole grain bread with 2 eggs cooked over medium.

Any kind of oatmeal. My favorite it Scottish Country Oats. 1/2 cup Granola (I used Udi's Gluten Free Cranberry Granola) with 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt is another favorite. Good luck and enjoy your day from start to finish.
