Ideas for low sodium breakfasts..plz help!

I need some low sodium breakfast ideas as I am going out for lunch 2mrrw and I know the sodium content will be high!! I am a big breakfast eater so it has to be filling......looking for some suggestions!! Thanks!

Old-fashioned rolled oats (not the instant packets) are almost completely, naturally sodium free. Make a big bowl, load it up with honey, nuts and fruit. You'll be full with a very low-sodium meal.0

Not very fattening... but a crap load of foodstuff...
4 egg whites
Spinach
Low Sodium/Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 tomato
2 slices of Ezekiel Bread with no salt added nut butter0 -
Oatmeal with blueberries....mmmmmm0

try the smoothie i make! it's in my diary, but it's basically a lot of fruit, vegetables, and plain greek yogurt!

kale
carrot
banana
kiwi

moms best natural quick oats with low sodium peanut butter (sodium = 175 mg)0

3 egg white omelet with mushrooms, spinach, swiss cheese, onion and tomato.
1 slice pepperidge farms whole grain bread with 2 eggs cooked over medium.
Oatmeal (I eat mine plain).
Kashi goLean cereal with skim milk.0 -
Any kind of oatmeal. My favorite it Scottish Country Oats. 1/2 cup Granola (I used Udi's Gluten Free Cranberry Granola) with 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt is another favorite. Good luck and enjoy your day from start to finish.0
