Anyone ever heard of this dietary supplement? Or used it before? It was given to me by a friend who also works out.
Honestly, I'm kinda scared of it. But curious if anyone has any experience with it?
Maybe get some feedback?

Will it help me or hurt me?

    Lord I hate diet pills.
There is no fat melting pill...even if they claim to boost your metabolism because they contain the 'insert word no one can pronounce' from 'some country where people are generally thinner' they usually do a number on your heart rate as well.

    Here's a snippet from wiki:
Phenylethylamine or phenethylamine (PEA) is a natural monoamine alkaloid, a trace amine, and also the name of a class of chemicals with many members well known for psychoactive drug and stimulant effects.[1] Studies[2] suggest that phenylethylamine functions as a neuromodulator or neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system. It is biosynthesized from the amino acid phenylalanine by enzymatic decarboxylation. In addition to mammals, phenethylamine is found in many other organisms and foods such as chocolate, especially after microbial fermentation. It is sold as a dietary supplement for purported mood and weight loss-related therapeutic benefits; however, orally ingested phenethylamine is usually inactive because of extensive first-pass metabolism by monoamine oxidase (MAO) into phenylacetic acid. This prevents significant concentrations from reaching the brain.[3][4]

So basically it's sold as a weight loss drug but doesn't work because the chemical effects don't reach the brain through normal digestion.

If you'd like a motivation buddy I'd be more then happy!

P.s. I'm not telling you to not take the pills, I just worry about the side effects. <3
You can do this! YOU. Not Phenylethylamine...:)

Thank you for feedback! I figured it was bogus. Anything sounding too good to be true probably is. Lol

    That's a very good point!
If it sounds too good to be true, it is! :)
  • Actually it is not bogus. If you ever tried it you would know that is really works. I know from experience and I know several people that have lost weight using Fastin Diet Pills. I used to get them at Walmart. Now I can only find them online at http://www.fastinsupplement.com. I suggest you try them before dissing on them.
