Hi guys, looking for your favorite recipe for making ribs.. I have looked at some online but would love your favorite. For some reason, they always get tough. Don't know if I over cook or what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Country style ribs aren't real ribs per se, just a cut of meat near the chops that has been trimmed in a special way. If you use a crockpot, you are just about guaranteed to not have tough ribs. I don't have any recipes to share at the moment, but just wanted to give you that tip. If you prefer the oven, use high temp shorter time or slow oven for a longer time. And today's pork has had all the fat bred out of it, so it does dry out quickly when baking it. Best to cover them if you opt for the long bake.

I boil mine on the stove and use cajon seasoning in the water. After they are done, I put them on the grill just to brown them up a little. They are always juicy and tender.

I love ribs! I put them in the crock pot with Sweet baby Rays sauce for 8 hours then on the BBQ for 15 mins to add a nice crust to the outside... Very hard to get them out of the slow cooker onto the BBQ without them falling apart...lol
