Banana Omelette.. Hear me out!
Okay, I thought the same but it is LUSH! Apparently it's a common dish in Tenerife, I've been to the Canaries but never Tenerife so maybe that's why I've never heard of it until now?! I have quite an acquired taste, this is definitely not for everyone, but if you like your savoury and sweet, give it ago!
I've included the calories & fat ect.. happy eating

I like to think I am an adventurous eater, but I can't wrap my mind aroung this one.0

Growing up I would put banana slices in my mom's Puerto Rican yellow beans and rice when we were out of ripe yellow plaintains. Kinda like the same sweet / savory concept. The eggs are an interesting component here.0

Sounds tasty to me0

I make something like this but add 1/2 cup raw oatmeal. DELICOUS pancake..0

if you mash the banana instead of cutting it into thin slices, mix it well with the eggs and add a little baking powder, you get sweet Banana Pancakes0
-
I'm totally going to give this a shot! And I may also add the oatmeal. xx0

I agree, this is pretty much unmashed two-ingredient banana pancakes. Nothing wrong with that though, banana pancakes are delicious!

2 eggs, 1 mashed banana, a dash of cinnamon, vanilla, 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Bake @ 350. Makes superexcellent muffins, pankakes or even banana bread. You can add protein powder if you like.....0

I have tried the version where you mash a banana, mix with 2 eggs, dash of cinnamon and cook in the pan like a regular omlette. really really tasty !0

hmm this sounds pretty good actually. Bananas taste a lot like avocados and I put avocados in my egg sandwiches
I'm not going to add sugar though haha0 -
