Does anyone know of any exercise routine DVDs?

Hi guys!
Much like the title says, I'm looking for exercise dvds.
Preferably ones with a set routine, Eg, 10 weeks, first week you do so and so, next week you do so and so. So on and so forth. Also, they need to incorporate the entire body, so like cardio work, abdominal exercise, yoga, etc.
I would like ones that get you into shape without using too much equipment. I do have weights and I personally, would prefer to spend as little as possible due to a tight budget.
I've looked at Jillian Micheals, yoga based dvds and taebo dvds.
What would you guys suggest?
(Preferablly nothing that involves me running around outside, I'm terribly shy and clumsy )
Thanks guys!
Much love,
Rede.

Love, love love DDP Yoga. High cardio while improving strength and flexibility. It comes with a program guide that has "suggested" schedules for 13 weeks and you do the one that fits your abilities or do your own thing. The only equipment you need is the DVDs and a heart rate monitor. As far as I know, they are only available online ddpyoga.com. You can also go to youtube and search DDP Yoga and find some pretty amazing transformations and some clips from the DVDs so you can check it out first. I've been doing it for about 8 months and really love it.0

I personally LOVE Zumba! Any other DVD I've tried has never kept my interest. Zumba is something I find fun and actually enjoy doing. It works your entire body through dancing and I definitely work up a dripping sweat by the end. I usually burn about 600 calories in a 50 minute work out.0

I love Gilad- he was really made the difference for me!!!!0

P90X, Charlene Extreme, Body Beast.....There are loads....0

Insanity, Focus T25 - both Shawn T's and Beach Body's.
For Jillian's the only one I truly love is Body Revolution - every two weeks you get a full set of new workouts, so it stays interesting for the 3 months.0 -
Fitness blender on you tube, you don't need to buy DVDs anymore. They are awesome0
