insecure with the way I look

Not really sure why I still feel this way. Been lifting weights for 2 years and look a lot better. But actually have less confidence than when I started. Would appreciate some advice.

Then you got some stuff to deal with in your head. You obviously fixed your body and it didn't help.0

Reevaluate your expectations. You can lift all day log or lose every possible ounce of extra fat, but at the end of the day, you are still YOU. And you need to find a way to be at peace with that. But I can guarantee that no one else notices the flaws you think you see.0
