My teen daughter has had a terrible reaction to a high power antibiotic and is now on a limited gluten diet and is already dairy free due to lactose intolerance. To make the transition easier, I have also adopted her way of eating. I am in need of new friends who are also on this path so that perhaps we can support each other.

I'm gluten and dairy free completely. Feel free to add me and/or ask any questions. It's really not that hard once you learn some basic substitutes. Also, Pinterest has some great recipes :)

I have horrible food allergies. Anaphylactic reactions to egg, dairy, and wheat. I would highly suggest reading some cookbooks.
There is a fabulous cookbook out called The Oh She Glows Cookbook: Over 10 Vegan Recipes to Glow from the Inside Out. It is fantastic!!!
There is also Cooking for Isaiah: Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Recipes for Easy, Delicious Meals
and The Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free Kitchen. all these book can be found on Amazon and have great reviews.
My absolute fav book is the Oh She Glows.

Can I ask what antibotic it was?

I'm G-Free and Dairy-Free (though I can eat things with Dairy if baked in, or actual chocolate and occasionally do). My diary is open to my friends if you want to add me.
