I think a better option is the Polar H7. It syncs with other Polar Devices (like the FT4/7 and Polar Loop). Also syncs with the treadmill at the gym. It's made by Polar who knows how to make a Heart Rate Monitor.

I use the H7 with the DigitFit app and I get really good data from it.

The H7 is only $7 more!

Your link is for amazon.com, though. On amazon.ca, it's $79. From my minimal bit of research, it does seem like the accuracy on Polar devices is quite good. It looks like there was one study done on the Armour39 that suggests it's quite accurate as well: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23860286
I don't have access to PubMed at the moment, so I'm only looking at the abstract.

Personally, I'm thinking about this. I really want an all-in-one activity tracker that includes HRM, but it seems like it might be a bit of a wait, so I'll probably get this and a cheaper activity tracker.
