So I've been taking 100mg of Green Coffee Bean Extract along side good food and exercise and I feel its made a huge difference - Has anyone had any experience with it? Im not usually one for pills but its 100% natural ingredients.

Hey! I don't have experience with that specifically but I know when I take supplements that give me a little buzz, I feel a world of difference. I am waiting until the beginning of the month to start my new supplement regimen from GNC, and it should be interesting. I know the caffine will(should) help one lose more too since your heart is beating faster. I am not anti-supplement obviously so let me know how it keeps making you feel, I might have to work some in too.0

They're just caffeine pills promoted by industry scammers like Dr. Oz.0

No, the only thing it helped make slimmer was your wallet actually...and my sisters...0

I took them for a while and didn't see any difference. I tried it for about 6 months and figured out (a little late) that it was a waste of money.0

They only have a 20th of the amount of caffeine a cup of coffee has.. theyre not stimulants.
I seem to have noticed a huge difference in the weight I'm losing. And they've been medically proven to boost metabolism.
But I suppose it could just be because I'm working harder to lose it.
(I didnt waste money as I was given them by a friend who recommended them.. sneaky)-1 -

I don't post a lot on here (you can see why) because I would rather do my own research and come to my own conclusion than get unhelpful replies :laugh:0

Hey Sammharley : ) i'm going to start taking them myself. they contain an ingredient called "Chlorogenic acid" which i read is suppose to help with the absorption of carbs and help your digestive tract. I know it's been a while since you created this post but still would like to hear how your doing on this currently? some people think sarcasm is a prereq for the internet lol.0

And sorry, but fad supplements will always cause some negative comments. It's not anything against the user.

It's not that it's sarcasm, its that these scams are consistently brought up in the forums because they are promoted by Dr. Oz or the like. None of these will promote any type of weight loss. And in many cases, people taking these get energy or lose weight because it's a what is needed to start tracking calories and to start exercise.0 -
Awww who removed my House face
Caffeine is a stimulant which can increase sweating when working out

You have been taking 100mg of a placebo, now try believing in yourself.
