My NSV that made me cry!!

I just started MFP a little over two months ago and I read everyone's success stories all the time and it really helps me keep going strong on my new lifestyle! So here is a little bit of my story. At my heaviest weight I weighed 201 pounds when I went in to deliver both of my daughters, which I had my youngest daughter 2 1/2 years ago. I have always battled with my weight since I was a teenager but over the last 6 years I have weighed between 175-190. Starting January 2011 I decided I was ready to change and wanted to have huge results! For the first month and half I was trying to watch what I ate and exercise and I lost about ten pounds. I joined MFP in the end of February and started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (I am now over halfway through my second round of the Shred!! So as of today I have lost 18 more pounds and over 15 inches from my body!!! A couple days ago I went to get a new pair of capris so I grabbed a size 9 praying all the way to the dressing room they would fit (the smallest pair of jeans I have is 13/14) and when I tried them on they were way too big!! I stood in the dressing room crying and asking my mom to try and get me a 7, which fit perfect! I am still in shock and was completely overwhelmed! I know I have lost weight but I don't see or feel like it has been that dramatic! So that is my story and I just want to thank everyone that posts on these forums because it helps me go on strong every day!!

NSV is Non Scale Victory. Those great moments that make you cry because of the changes your body has made that doesn't have to do with stepping on a scale to see a number.0
