Not everyone understands how devastating it is to lose a beloved pet so your words all mean a lot to me. Thank you.

The Samoyed in the picture is a replacement for my first Samoyed who we only had for 1 month. I LOST IT!

The small Shih Tzu I've had since puppy and she is 5 yrs old. When she passes if you hear screaming and crying around the world that would be me!!!

I will be taking off work, eating my grief and I will be DRUNK for a week!!!!

So you are justified! So sorry for your loss! <3:'(

I'm so sorry to hear about you cat, I have a beloved cat too and can 100% imagine how painful it is to lose him. I think whenever something traumatic and painful like that happens you have to just focus on looking after yourself and allowing yourself to grieve. Eating healthily and exercising are part of that but don't put pressure on yourself with it until you are feeling better. Anyway I hope you feel better soon, sending you good vibes, can totally relate to how you must be feeling at the moment.
