Jillian 30 days shred

i've finished level 1 and started level 2 then my foot got hurt .. this would be my third day off.. should i continue with level 2 or restart from the beginning?

    heal, however getting the blood flowing is fast healing, walk lightly than return to Jillian michaels, her videos are great, I've done them before! cool!

    Wait until you are completely healed, then perhaps do 3 days of level 1, rest a day then level 2 as usual... there's no Shred Police after all! So do what seems sensible and natural...
