dissappointed but i guess it's not too bad considering i have not exercised at all since Nov 5th & have't been drinking much water. time to get my head out of my butt & get on with this routine - hoping december will be more motivational0 -

I like this idea too! I don't know lbs so will all have to be in kg (2.2kg = 5lbs). Have only been on MFP for afew weeks but have a goal of January 26 for my sister's wedding... don't think I'll get to 68kg by then but will give it a good go!

Weight lost in November: 1.7kg (3.75 lbs)! Started well but tapered off. Am finding the positive in that I didn't actually gain - now just to see if I can keep that up in December (is that wishful thinking?)! Am thankful that this challenge has given me the strength to say "no thank you" to sugary treats in the office (more often than not...).
I am thankful that I have a body that allows me to walk, talk, dance, lift things, type, enjoy normal cuddles and "bouncy cuddles", run, swim, cycle and anything else I might decide to do. I'm very lucky and will continue to appreciate my body for all of the things it allows me to do, not just because it doesn't fit into a certain sized dress or can't do some other things. That said, I'm also thankful I've taken the opportunity to make it stronger, fitter and more healthy - so that it can continue to serve me well for years to come.0 -

I'm in, I was so in NEED of this months challenge! It motivated me tremendously!
I'm boosted my enthusiasm & motivation! I've hit my 1st plateau in October! I over came that obstacle with this challenge.
My HT: 5'4.5"

I'm MOST thankful & grateful for God Healing me in May 2006 from 2 Brain Aneursyms', Paraylsis, and a stroke ( June 2008 ) I am thankful that I have gone from not being able to walk at ALL to now being able to walk without any walking aide.
I am now able to go walking about 2 miles without stopping & I am working out on my BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 for 12 minutes with two rest in the duration.

I apologize that I have'nt been here to give my MFP. My online access was interupted because my cell phone will not hold a charge & my cell phone charger has a short in the wire! I've been walking ( 3 miles RT ) to the public library to get online! I have been doing great with my Food Choices & Exercises, even though I haven't been on MFP for the past few days!
BUT I was tickled to pieces & doing a "Happy Dance" this morning when I weighed in and lost 3 lbs! I met my goal for the month of November ~5 lbs~ I knew my skin & clothes were sLOT looser! I've made smart healthy food decisions & watched my portion sizes over the Thanksgiving holiday!
