I just joined my fitness pal or should say I just recently started using it. I am a breast cancer survivor as well as a survivor of an emotionally and physically abusive relationship. I left that and started a new life a few years ago and recently got married to the most fabulous man on the earth! I want to be happy and healthy for our new lives together. It is so hard to lose weight after chemo. Even though it was a few years ago, I'm still hanging on to the excess weight I gained during those months of not being physically active. Any words of wisdom Ladies??

Hi. My wife went through breast cancer about 4 years ago. It was definitely one of the toughest times in our 27 years of marriage. I am here pretty much every day and happy to help any way I can. Feel free to send me a FR. You can do this!!0
