Depends on what you are filling it with. Liquid or solids? I know that it equals 8 oz, 200 grams, 16 tbsp, if that helps any.
  • It was for cereal, I can only add it in "cups", I had 30 grammes.

Um.. in Australia it's 250mL, which equals roughly 8.5oz (I think! We don't use that measurement here!)
In terms of weight... unless you know what you're putting in the cup, it's hard to say, as a "cup" is a measurement of volume, not weight. (For example, 1 cup of flour will weigh different to 1 cup of mashed banana - does that make sense?!)
    Hope this helps

Not sure why you dragged up this old thread, but I am assuming this is your "new" question.

A cup of rice can be cooked or uncooked. For values dry and cooked you can check the box/bag. I think it is something like ¼ cup dry makes 1 cup cooked, but that is for my instant brown rice. The jasmine rice package says 1 cup dry makes 3 cups cooked and another kind I have says ¼ cup dry makes ¾ cup cooked. It varies for the type of rice you use.

Check your package or go to the mfgr's website for nutritional info.

You really should be measuring solid foods in grams on a scale. Using measuring cups can cause you to go over calories even if all the food fits into the measuring cup.

Dredging up a 4 year old thread is one way to ask a question I guess...

For cereal purposes, 37.33 g is one cup.
