Help Im very upset. How did I gain 7 pounds in one day!!!!!!

You don't even have to poop. It's amazing how much weight you can pee out in a day.

If you are weighing yourself at the end of the day realize you are weighing the weight of all the food and drink you consumed, not just your weight. That is why weighing more than once in a day is a complete waste of time. At most once a day first thing in the morning before eating or drinking and preferably after going to the washroom. Even that is likely too much if you are going to freak out over weight fluctuations which can be up to 4-5 pound due to various factors other than fat increase.0

Try weighing yourself tomorrow in the morning before eating anything....please don't be a slave to the scale...I use to and it would drive me crazy...0
