This, plus since you aren't trying to lose much, it can take a bit of time to come off.0 -

Because the less you have to lose the harder it is to lose weight.
You need to log your calories consistently and weigh everything. Because you have so little to lose it will be very easy to underestimate what you're eating.0 -

That's why I suggested you open your diary. That will let us see the food you've logged and see if we can offer advice.
This will also help us know how many cals/carbs/protein/fat you're getting.

i don't want to.I know it is good for me but i don't feel into it =/0

I'm not entirely sure that being so concerned over 1 kg, let along 0.4kg is really a good way of looking at it.
You are aware that your weight can fluctuate by over 2 kg in a period of 24 hours, right?

Okay. unfortunately it will be hard for us to help if we can't see the problem. Just keep tracking, working out, and be consistent. It takes time, especially when you are so close to your goal. Maybe try switching up your workouts, lowering carbs, drinking more water, and give it a few weeks.
Sorry I can't help beyond that. Good luck!0 -
Thanks a lot,anyway0

Not only is that not true, it completely violates CICO.
A caloric deficit of X calories/day will result in the same weight loss regardless of the starting weight.

Maybe you are at your body's natural weight point?

You're eating more than your body is burning.0

In order to lose weight, you must eat less calories than you burn. Just because you are eating what you define as healthy does not mean you are eating at a calorie deficit.0

Well if we consider that im under my daily calorie goal, then what?0
