    Aah thanks everyone for all your nice comments!! I never thought I would make it to this point, so I guess I'm just saying keep doing what you're doing and you will see results!! Sometimes when I don't lose weight I get a bit frustrated, but then I look at my old pics and my measurements (38" waist to 31" and 46" hips to 39") and I know that something is working!!

    Wow, you look great! Isn't it better to lose the weight slowly anyway? I thought that if you lose the weight slowly, there is less chance of sagging skin. Either way, you look great!!

    Quite a difference! I am getting frustrated with losing one pound a week....but I agree, when I've gone a year and have lost 52 pounds that would make me happy!
