When I get closer to that goal weight I'm sure I'll re-evaluate and come up with a better weight to fit my body type. Feel free to add me, I have a long ways to go!0 -

I'm already not officially overweight, but I carry my weight around my middle which is meant to be the most unhealthy, and my mum has all the heart problems normally related to being overweight without being overweight, so I think I should be lighter than some my weight.
I might let myself go below 57kg as I no longer wish to have any babies so am not trying to protect my fertility as I was in the past. I never eat less than 2000kcal and my ideal is 2500kcal, so I kind of want to be the weight at which those are my maintenance calories.0 -

SW/CW: 196 lbs
GW:161lbs (this is my first goal weight when I reach it I may lower it)
Started my first year of university in September and have been eating too much junk food. At Christmas last year I was 163lbs which was near my goal weight but everything spiralled and I am now at the biggest I have ever been. Adjusting to University has been hard, but I am now in a position to comfortably say I'm ready to re start my journey0 -

I was 160 back in high school and that looked good on me. I would like to go even lower but after 3 children I have no idea what weight will look and fell good0 -

Not sure about the goal weight, but I remember being 133 about 20 years ago and it looking good on me, so it's as good a target as any. Just wish I had a picture of me from that time period, so I could post it for motivation... maybe I'll ask my sibs if they have one.0 -

SW: 165lbs
CW: 145lbs
GW: 140lbs (though I'm now thinking I might lower it a bit when I get there).
When I first started losing, I though 140 would be too skinny on me (I wear UK Size 10 - US 6 - clothes, so am not big at this size) especially as a fair bit of my weight is on my arms and legs which are quite muscular. Also I have big boobs and they're not going to disappear!
But now at 145 I'm quite happy but know I could afford to lose more.0 -
