    New member. Hoping to lose some pounds I put on after I lost weight a few years ago.

    CW: 146.2 (this morning)
    GW: 135

    My goal will be to eat 1,200 calories a day, tracking either in this thread or on the MFP app. I will also go to the gym about 3 times a week (as I currently do).

    Just started a couple weeks ago... Trying to eat less and walk/jog a lot. Got a treaddesk at work a few weeks ago and am trying to walk my way to a healthier weight and maintain it!

    Hello Everyone!

    Used MFP before and it helped me so much in the past. Seeing exactly what you are eating every day, what it consist of, and what you could have eaten that was different and better helps alot. Decided to go with what I know and lose the weight again and this time it will be for good. It took me about 6 months to reach my goal before in a health way and I would like to do that again but keep it off this time. Good luck to everyone!
