FWIW, I think artistic tattoos look really hot on some people, but usually only when you're young, fit and healthy. Faded, blurry old tatts on wrinkly old skin look gross IMO. They can make you look kinda thuggish too, especially eyes tattooed on the forehead, spider's webs across a shaved head, or LOVE-HATE on the knuckles. Eew.
I my tramp stamp.

It will always depend on how you perceive it.. but for me... Tattoos are so hot!!!0

I'm addicted. Fourth in December (my biggest one yet on my thigh).. I love tattoos, tells a story0

I have 4 tattoos, one is huge...it's a back of the shoulder to side to front of the hip piece, but all my tattoos mean something to me and express my personality. I didn't just walk into a tattoo shop and pick something random.0

Normally, I like them; but, it all depends on where and what.0

In NZ we call them tamoko and they are worn with pride. For us it is more spiritual and cultural. Wahine (Women) used to wear them on their chins and men, well, even now sometimes they have them over their faces and bodies and many indigenous folk and other nationalities (Robbie Williams to name just one other) have them. I got my first oh about 3 years ago. Very special and personal to the wearer and tells their story/history. My second one I received 2 years ago and again represents my personal journey. It took me till I was well in my 50s to want to adorn my body with this special artwork. The artists that endowed me with their expertise are very highly thought of in our country for their expertise in this field. I don't really think about what other folks opinions are. I also wear bright pink lipstick Offensive to some, but I adore it! Kia ora0

sexy for the most part ... placement and design factors in.0

Tattoos are fine, piercings are nasty0

I don't have any tattoos and don't plan on any. I get the impression that as you get older (and you will) the tats sort of stretch out and get floppy, blurred, and unrecognizable. Besides, what if my markers of identity change over time (and some will)? That's also why I never put bumper stickers on my car.0

tattoos are amazing especially if there is a story behind them!0

I love ink, love seeing others memories and self expression, literaly wearing their heart on their sleeve if you will. I'd ink up like KatVonD if I could get away with it, so far just two small akle tats, but lots of ideas0

Tattoos are amazing if they are done correctly and if they are on a good canvas. I personally think you need to have a low body fat % for them too look good.

I don't have any. I've thought of it a few times in my life but can't ever decide on a design to get that I'd be willing to live with for the rest of my life. If I could ever figure out some design that I'd be happy with then I'd probably get one.
I can appreciate the artistic side of them and they can be attractive/sexy on some women. Sleeves are less attractive on a woman to me...though I've seen some that pull them off quite well. Really depends on the person, the tat(s), and placement. I find chest tats on women slightly distracting for some reason
I've seen/heard people that had Tattoos being discriminated against. A good friend of mine and his wife both have lots of them and he had a parent of his child's friend warn their child not to hang around them any more because they aren't good people...because of their Tattoos. They are a very nice, decent couple.
I've also heard numerous times people say "so you were in the military, how many tats do you have?". So lots of people that I've met think that military people all have tats.

I think it really depends. If you are sexy they make you sexier, if you havent got the attitude to pull them off you just look like a gimp0

I love them on men, not so much on women but on either I hate huge ugly ones or so many you can't see any actual skin, just over done I think. Sleeves I think are ugly. On woman I prefer small delicate tattoos, back of the neck looks nice. On men I like arm or rib tattoos but they have to be tasteful. There used to be a guy on my bus who had the most adorable snoozing dragon on his upper arm, I really liked that one.0

I was thinking about getting a tattoo, but I noticed that the CEO of Zumba (I'm an instructor) doesn't have one and it made me think. So I bought a tattoo choker neckace, which was a lot cheaper and means I can still get buried in a Jewish cemetary. ;-)0
