What's your theme song
You know the one that goes through your head when you are kicking butt and taking names?
Mine are "I Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty and "Indestructible" by Disturbed.
If I'm out running and I think I can't make it I think of one of the above and just push through that negativity. A lot of times they run through my when I'm dealing with some of the more "determined" parent personalities on our XC team
