i buy their chicken burgers and veal meat loaf on a regular basis and I'm trying to determine the calorie count. What would you suggest the best way on determining this ? Are there places in most cities you can take your food in question and they can give you an accurate reading of the calorie count ?

ask the butcher.....they may think you are trying to get a free recipe though so tell him/her the reason...if they do not know, get the ingredients and add them up...are the chicken burgers coated with breading or anything? If not, weigh the meat and get a fair estimate...meat loaf is a tough one as there are quite a few recipe variations....estimate high to be safe0
