Jillian michaels, banish fat boost metabolism... how to log?

Normally i Log her workouts (30ds, no more trouble zones) as circuit training, but this was mostly cardio. i dont have a heart rate monitor tho, so im wondering how i should log this?

    I would log it as Aerobics, high impact. It should give u a pretty good estimate of your calorie burn.
