30lb goal

Hi everyone. I am 5ft 3in tall and I weigh 137lb. Apart from loosing weight I also want my body to be toned. I am aiming for 30 lb weight loss in the next 4 months. Can I have any suggestions please .

    I am also 5'3" - and personally a 30lb weight loss is an unrealistic goal (personal opinion - I did no math for BMI whatsoever with this opinion). I would say 15lbs is realistic - but if you want to get "toned" it would be hard to maintain 115lbs because muscle simply weighs more than fat.

    Suggestion: Research macronutrients (if you havent already) to build your meal plan, work in some cardio or HIIT a couple times a week - and start lifting weights. Make a plan that you can keep for a lifetime, not something so strict that you can't stick to it.
