Hey everyone!
I've just joined MFP again and I am more determined than ever to get this weight off! I will be logging everyday (food and exercise) and would like some friends that can help keep me encouraged and I can help encourage them as well.

I'm new here as well and really fighting for myself to take care of myself. I enjoy the elliptical, to me it's a great starting point because it is a lot easier on my ankles. Due to prior injury and now my weight my ankles wear out easily.0
