Tips for curbing/squashing those snacking urges?

Just curious! I get snacking urges in-between lunch and dinner. As a student nurse/working in the hospital it's hard for me to eat frequent small meals throughout the day most days... I just struggle with snacking and I need help!!!!!!!

    @erinashm - I was just reminded to drink LOTS of water. In addition to keeping you hydrated, it takes up room in your stomach.

    You know, I've always heard that sometimes when you think you're hungry, you're just thirsty. That's a great point! Thank you for that!
