Does anyone have any 300-400 calorie dinner recipes/ideas? Easy recipes preferably...
Also please note I make my dinner ahead for the week on Sunday...so 6 servings about will do if it's a recipe with quite a few ingredients.

Tuna Noodle Casserole
• 1.50 cup (120ml) from label, Cream of Mushroom
• 0.50 tsp(s), Spices - Salt, table
• 0.50 cup, Shredded Swiss Cheese
• 8.00 oz, Albacore Chunk White Tuna In Water
• 8.00 ounces, Extra Broad Noodles
• 8.00 fl oz (236 ml), 2%
• 2 tbsp, Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
• 1.00 Tbsp, Butter
Preheat oven to 400. Cook egg noodles as directed and drain. Mix the bread crumbs and butter and set aside. Mix tuna, milk, noodles, salt and soup and pour in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture and cheese over the top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Yields 6 servings
Calories: 285/serving

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, 6 TBS tomato sauce, spices to taste (I use adobo, cayenne, light chili powder). Brown meat and drain, add tomato sauce and spices. Serve in a tortilla, with tortilla chips with cheese, or just eat the meat and cheese.0

3-4 pork loin chops, thick cut

Pan fry pork chops until well browned and succulent. Drain fat. Add chicken broth and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is tender. Discard pork chops. Serve cabbage soup immediately.0 -
Mix up a marinade of Soy Sauce, Honey, Garlic and some corn flour. The first three of these are to taste, but as a guideline I'd say 1/2 cup soy, a Tablespoon of honey and one or two cloves of garlic. Maybe a teaspoon or two of cornflour.
Line a baking dish with foil and arrange six chicken drumsticks in there. Sometimes I slash them a bit across the meaty section to make them cook faster and absorb more of the marinade. Pour over the marinade then cover with more foil and place in a moderate over (180 Celsius, not sure what it is in Fahrenheit, sorry) for an hour to an hour and a half. Check and turn them over halfway, and uncover them for maybe the last 20 minutes.
Each drumstick is one serve.
Serve with half a cup (cooked) basmati rice and asian veggies like Pak Choy. These can be cooked easily by slicing them up a bit, putting them in a bowl and covering with boiling water for a few minutes.
A variation is a tandoori drumstick, which involves a mix of tandoori paste and low fat greek yoghurt (also to taste), and I usually serve with broccoli instead of the asian veggies.
I'm thinking of making an apricot chicken thing tonight, if you're interested I can let you know how it goes.
Also, we often pre-marinate these things and store them in the freezer in packs of six (six drumsticks that is) laid out flat in ziplock bags so they can be easily defrosted and stuck in the oven really quickly.
