Is this enough exercise - I have money and time restraints?

Options
I am trying to run 3 times a week at lunch times (C25K) but am pretty slow and have also joined a gym.

I will try and go 2 x a week (can’t go more for financial reasons – I have bought a carnet of 10 sessions which I can use in gym or for a class and I need that to last me till Dec)

What is best –

Use the gym twice a week and do cardio+weights – I had an induction so have a weights routine designed for me
Gym once and a class (I could make either Bokira Fitness or Aquagym - which is best?)
Avoid gym and attend 2 x classes (both BF and AG)

I can’t really do both as I work full time and have a small baby so need to limit my sessions to an hour or just over

Is that enough exercise to both lose weight but also to improve my fitness which after a baby is not great? I want to do more but finding the time is tricky.

Any advice on how to maximise my limited time and resources?

Thanks

That sounds like more than enough. Your running speed and thus the benefit to fitness will improve just by sticking with the program. I think weights twice a week sounds fine, and is probably easier to fit into a busy schedule than a class.
